Q: Can I use the Wall Wizard on any brick wall?

A: Yes; on any standard brick. The Wall Wizard is adjustable to fit onto bricks between 65mm and 76mm high by using the adjusting spanner supplied.

Q: Does the mortar between the bricks need to be raked out?

A: Yes, if it is not already raked out you can rake out the mortar with the mortar rake tool on the adjusting spanner to a depth of no less than 9mm and 28mm wide. If the mortar is already raked out you may still need to scrape off some mortar, the brick ledge needs to be clean and smooth for best grip.

Q: How much weight can the Wall Wizard hold?

A: One Wall Wizard can hold up to 6KG of weight on a good solid brick, it is not recommended the Wall Wizard be attached to old cracked and decaying bricks, (see Wall Wizard mounting instructions.)

Q: What products from IHGP can be used with the Wall Wizard?

A: All wall mounting products from the IHGP range, and also a huge range of other products that would usually be hang on a brick wall with screws or bolts, “like” Picture frames, Mirrors, Plaques, Ornaments, Fairy lights, Christmas lights, Decorations etc. from 0 to 10kg of weight.

Q: Can you use the Wall Wizard for hanging half round plastic planters and half round wire planters  and wire trough planters.

A: Yes, if you use the Wall Wizard planter hook clips, the planter hook clips lock onto the Wall Wizard very easily (see instructions for attaching the clip.

Q: What size half-round wall pots can I use?

A: Half round wall pots should be no longer than, 300mm no wider than 170mm and no higher than 150mm from soil level to bottom of pot.

Q: Can I use elongated wall pots?

A: Yes, you can use elongated pots with half-round ends; they should be no longer than, 350mm no wider than 150mm and no higher than 140mm from soil level to bottom of pot.

Q: Will the Wall Wizard rust over time?

A: No the Wall Wizard is made from a combination of Nylon-fibreglass and aluminium.
